What a call sounds like

JuniperHi Sam, it’s Juniper, recording as usual. How’s your day going?
YouHonestly? Long. The launch slipped again.
JuniperThat sounds draining. What have you been up to, besides the launch?
YouI took my daughter to the park after work. That helped.
JuniperNice. And one thing you’re grateful for today?
YouThat walk home with her. She narrated every dog we saw.

Questions

Is Juniper a real person?
No. Juniper is an AI voice, and she’ll tell you so at the start of every call. Ask her anytime.
Is this therapy?
No. A Call a Day is a journaling tool, not therapy or medical care. If you’re struggling, Juniper will point you to people who can help, like the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Who can hear my calls?
Calls are recorded and transcribed to create your journal. Your entries are private to you. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Authorized team members may review calls only to provide support, keep the service safe, or fix problems, especially during the beta.
What if I’m busy when you call?
Tell us when to call back, by saying it on the call or replying to our text with a time. You can also skip a day or pause whenever you like.
How do I stop?
Say “stop calling” on any call or reply STOP to any text. That’s it.
What does it cost?
It’s free during the beta. Afterwards it will be priced per minute, and we’ll tell you the price and ask for your OK before you’re ever charged.
