Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MyloTech, Inc. (“we”, “us”) for your use of A Call a Day. By signing up on a call or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
A Call a Day places daily phone calls in which Juniper, an AI voice, asks about your day, and turns each call into a private journal entry. Juniper is an AI, not a person. The service is currently a free beta and may change as we improve it.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States, and the phone number you sign up with must be yours. If we learn that a user is under 18, we close the account.
3. Calls, texts and recordings
- When you say yes during sign-up, you agree to receive recurring calls from A Call a Day using an AI-generated voice at the times you choose, and account-related text messages. See our SMS Terms.
- Every call is recorded and transcribed to create your journal. You agree to that recording.
- Please don’t put other people on your calls. If someone else can be heard, you’re responsible for getting their permission to be recorded.
- You can stop at any time by saying “stop calling” on a call or replying STOP to a text.
4. Not therapy, not medical care
A Call a Day is a journaling tool. It does not provide therapy, counseling, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not monitored in real time. If you’re in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988. If you’re in immediate danger, call 911. See our Safety & Crisis Protocol.
5. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and journal entries belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated summaries may contain mistakes, so you can edit or delete them.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use A Call a Day to harass anyone, to record others without their consent, to interfere with the service, or for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Fees
The beta is free. After the beta, A Call a Day will be priced per minute of call time. We will tell you the price and ask for your agreement before you are charged anything. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and charges stop at the end of the current billing period.
8. Ending the service
You can stop calls or delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service, or suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we shut down A Call a Day, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your journal.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to make calls reliable, but we can’t promise that every call will connect, that the AI will always understand you, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyloTech, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
If we change these terms in a material way, we’ll notify you by text or on this page before the changes take effect. If you keep using the service afterwards, you accept the new terms.
