Privacy Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
A Call a Day turns daily phone conversations into a private journal. That means you trust us with personal things. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us, and the choices you have. A Call a Day is operated by MyloTech, Inc. (“we”, “us”).
The short version
- Your calls are recorded and transcribed so we can create your journal.
- We never sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
- We don’t use your journal content to train AI models.
- We never share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties for marketing.
- You can delete an entry, or your whole account, at any time.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your phone number, first name, preferred call times and time zone, and confirmation that you’re 18 or older.
- Call content: audio recordings and transcripts of your calls with Juniper, and the journal entries created from them (titles, summaries, gratitude notes). Your journal may include sensitive information you choose to share, such as how you’re feeling or details about your health. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
- Consent records: the recording and timestamp of your agreement to receive calls and texts, and any later opt-out.
- Text messages: messages you send to our number and the messages we send you.
- Payment information (after the beta): handled by Stripe. We don’t store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Call metadata: call times, durations and outcomes (answered, missed, voicemail).
- Website and dashboard: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, plus cookies that keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use information
- To place and receive calls, run the conversation, and create your journal entries.
- To schedule, reschedule and stop calls as you ask.
- To send account-related texts, such as login links, rescheduling and confirmations.
- To keep people safe. For example, if you mention thoughts of self-harm, Juniper shares crisis resources and we may text them to you. See our Safety & Crisis Protocol.
- To provide support, fix problems and prevent abuse.
- To improve the service. During the beta, authorized team members may review calls and transcripts for quality and safety, under strict confidentiality.
- To bill you (after the beta) and to comply with the law.
We don’t use your journal content to train AI models, and we don’t sell it.
