SMS Terms
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms cover text messages from A Call a Day, a service operated by MyloTech, Inc..
Program description
A Call a Day sends account-related text messages to people who have signed up for daily journaling calls. Messages include:
- payment and account setup links;
- one-time login links to your journal dashboard;
- “Missed you, when’s a better time?” messages after a missed call, and confirmations when you reschedule, skip or pause;
- confirmations when you opt out;
- crisis-support resources (such as the 988 Lifeline) when safety concerns come up.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages by text.
How you opt in
You opt in by calling our phone number and agreeing out loud during the sign-up call. Before any calls or texts are scheduled, Juniper asks:
“Is it OK if I call you every day at that time, and send you text messages about your account, like links and reminders? You can say ‘stop calling’ or reply STOP anytime.”
Calls and texts start only if you say yes. We keep a record of your consent and send a text confirming that you’re signed up.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how you use the service, typically up to 3 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to stop all texts and calls. We’ll send one final confirmation message.
- Reply START to resubscribe. To take a break instead, reply SKIP (skip today) or PAUSE.
- Reply HELP for help, or email benton@mylotech.org.
- To stop calls, say “stop calling” on any call.
Other details
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
