Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
Some states, including Washington and Nevada, give you specific rights over “consumer health data”. Your journal may include this kind of information, so this policy explains how we handle it. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Health data we may collect
We don’t ask for health information, but you may choose to talk about it on your calls. That can include your mood or emotions, mental or physical health conditions, medications, sleep, or wellness habits. This information appears in your call recordings, transcripts and journal entries, including the mood or summary we generate from your call.
Where it comes from
Directly from you, through what you say on your calls with Juniper.
Why we collect and use it
- To create, store and show you your journal entries.
- To recognize safety concerns and share crisis resources.
- To provide support, keep the service secure, and improve its quality.
We collect and use this data only with the consent you give when you sign up, and only for these purposes. We never sell consumer health data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that process it on our behalf to run A Call a Day: call audio, transcription, AI and voice providers, plus hosting and storage. They’re listed in our Privacy Policy. We don’t share consumer health data with anyone else, except when the law requires it.
Your rights
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data (we don’t sell it).
- Get a copy of it, and a list of the third parties we’ve shared it with.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Have it deleted.
- Appeal if we turn down your request.
To use these rights, email benton@mylotech.org. You can delete entries yourself anytime in your dashboard. If we deny your request, reply to our decision to appeal, and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general.
